Media Manager Role reports to: Head of Media Skin Health, Neutrogena Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Manager, National Media is responsible for developing and executing holistic paid media strategies that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and business performance across national media channels on behalf of the Neutrogena brand. This role partners closely with brand marketing, analytics, consumer insights, creative, commerce, and agency partners to ensure media investments are optimized and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge of the evolving media landscape, and a passion for leveraging audience insights and data to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: • Develop integrated media strategies, rooted in consumer insights, that deliver on business and marketing objectives • Serve as a primary lead with agency partner across planning, activation, and analytics • Effective budget management, stewardship and reporting as part of key financial and business processes • Use audience insights and performance data to guide planning and investment • Contribute to development of holistic marketing campaigns as part of a cross-functional marketing team • Partner with internal and agency teams to build, implement and optimize audience targeting frameworks • Work closely with retail media team on media synergies, launch planning and performance • Collaborate with Comm functions as part of end-to-end planning and delivery • Analyze media performance, recommend improvements and lead optimization discussions with agency and internal teams • Identify media trends, risks, and opportunities, continuously innovate with a test & learn mindset What we are looking for: Required • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field • 6–8 years of experience in media planning, activation/investment, or integrated marketing • Strong understanding of digital media, paid social, video, search, programmatic, and measurement frameworks (MMM, attribution, audience measurement) • Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and business outcomes • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills Preferred • Experience working on large consumer brands, beauty category preferred • Experience managing media budgets across a portfolio • Familiarity with retail media and commerce-driven media strategies • Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders Leadership Competencies • Strategic Thinking • Consumer-Centric Mindset • Data-Driven Decision Making • Collaboration & Influence • Innovation & Curiosity • Results Orientation • Accountability & Ownership • Strong Communication & Storytelling Success Measures • Achievement of business and marketing KPIs • Media ROI improvements • Successful execution of media plans and launches • Cross-functional integration What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124,100.00 - $175,200.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors. • Competitive Benefit Package* • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More! • Learning & Development Opportunities • Kenvuer Impact Networks • This list could vary based on location/region *Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
