This is a builder's role where you'll have real ownership and visible impact in a high-visibility, cross-divisional position.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Advanced Measurement & Data Strategy: Lead Canada's media activation strategy for Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), define the 1P data audience strategy (LiveRamp), and oversee the deployment of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) for our flagship brands.
  • Financial Compliance & Tools: Serve as the main point of contact for our media finance tool (Melody), owning training, access, and operational support to ensure seamless budget compliance.
  • Process Engineering: Drive the optimization of media project management processes (Wrike), standardize ad-serving requirements, and design scorecards to measure operational quality and compliance.
  • Capability Building: Design and execute training programs on data activation, project management, and new technologies to ensure the adoption of new standards by internal teams and agencies.
We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives on making complexity simple and loves building systems from scratch. You're equally comfortable designing a new audience strategy and walking a brand manager through a financial tool.

You would be a great match for this role if you have:

  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A talent for fostering cross-functional cooperation.
  • Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and driving process from the ground up.
What's In It For You
  • A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you'll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!)
  • Real responsibility from day 1, there's no sitting on the sidelines at L'Oréal
  • An environment where people of every ethnicity, social background, age, religion, gender and sexual orientation as well as people with disabilities are accepted, can speak up, will thrive and are celebrated!
  • A place where you can contribute to something bigger! Many of our brands have societal/environmental causes to make a concrete difference.
