Principal Purpose of Position:
Completinganalysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Interpret and analyzecomplexdatasets to identify trends and patterns
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Assisting account managers andcentral marketing teamwith understanding reports and data sets
Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for enhancing current analytics and reporting systems
Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
Enhancing existingdata sets with third party sources of information when needed
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Education and/or Training:
Four year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experiencein data science, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
Relevant Work Experience:
3-5years of analytics or data science experience.Automotiveor marketingexperience a plus.
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
Great communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS,etc)
Experience in data visualization tools
Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
Data-oriented personality
Communicating & Influencing Skills:
Strong presentation skills
Ability to interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization including business units and management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees.
