Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in managing mechanical or HVAC construction projects.
• Strong expertise in project management processes, budget control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Experienced with project management software (Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, Viewpoint Vista).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily management of project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Act as the main contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee engineering, cost tracking, and business management activities.
