Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in highly complex mechanical and plumbing construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of complex mechanical systems and methods for installation.
• Strong understanding of plumbing and mechanical codes and installation practices.
• Proven experience in managing subcontracts effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in developing project teams and building relationships with external entities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of a Project Chart of Accounts with the Project Director and Estimating team.
• Create detailed Project Contract status reports for tracking progress.
• Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to develop a project site logistics plan.
• Oversee the pay request process to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Monitor project costs and prepare Job Cost Reports to maintain budget accuracy.
• Analyze quarterly Total Cost Projection reports to forecast financial outcomes.
• Lead and implement training programs for all staff personnel.
