Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent with 5+ years in Product Design and Engineering
• Expertise in SOLIDWORKS for product design
• Experience with heavy equipment, hydraulics, and welded assemblies
• Familiarity with machining and welding processes, backed by strong project management skills
• Preferable background in construction, agriculture, mining, forestry, or heavy automotive equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead product improvement initiatives for heavy road maintenance equipment
• Act as both Project Engineer and Product Owner across multiple equipment lines
• Utilize SOLIDWORKS to drive design enhancements and cost-reduction efforts
• Improve production processes including machining, welding, and assemblies
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize equipment performance
