Overview/Summary: On-Board Engineering Corporation is seeking a qualified 3D Piping Designer Professional to join its corporate office team in New Castle, DE or East Windsor,, NJ.
Job Summary: As a 3D Piping Designer you will work to grow and lead On-Board's 3D CAD technical capabilities. You will be expected to modify and create PFD's & P&IDs for capital projects in chemical and petrochemical facilities. You should have expertise in developing 3D drawings, piping scopes of work as well as providing the necessary finished product (CAD Drawing Documentation).
Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of 3D Piping Design Experience
- (Additional experience with other 3D software such as PDS, PDMS, AUTOPLANT, SMART 3D, are a plus)
- Experience with industrial piping & processes
- Experience with P&I Diagrams and pipe isometrics
- Field checking walk down experience (Plus)
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment; willingness to accept responsibility and take initiative
- Ability to plan and coordinate assigned work with other groups and drive to finish assigned tasks on schedule
