Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical project management
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, particularly mechanical and hydronic piping
• Proven track record in managing large scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mechanical projects from conceptualization to completion
• Ensure project goals meet quality, schedule, and budget constraints
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to optimize project design and execution
• Manage project teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and expectations
