What You'll Do:
As a Mechanical Engineer, Thermal Design & Analysis, you'll be instrumental in tackling complex thermal challenges, ensuring the efficient heat dissipation critical for the performance and longevity of our electronic control units (ECUs). Your expertise will directly impact the reliability and innovation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the thermal design and analysis of high-performance heat sinks, fins, and ECU enclosures.
• Develop innovative solutions for heat dissipation in compact and demanding environments.
• Conduct detailed thermal simulations (e.g., CFD analysis) to predict performance and optimize designs.
• Collaborate closely with electronics, packaging, and manufacturing teams to integrate thermal solutions seamlessly.
• Perform validation testing of thermal designs and analyze experimental data to refine models and designs.
• Identify and mitigate potential thermal risks in new product development.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in thermal management technologies and materials.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in thermal design and analysis, specifically with heat sinks, fins, and ECU enclosures.
• Strong background in heat dissipation techniques and thermal management strategies.
• Proficiency with thermal simulation software (e.g., Ansys Fluent, STAR-CCM+, COMSOL, or similar).
• Solid understanding of heat transfer principles (conduction, convection, radiation).
• Experience with CAD software for mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo).
• Ability to translate complex thermal requirements into practical, manufacturable designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in automotive, power electronics, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with materials science related to thermal conductivity and dissipation.
