What You Will Do
- Create and revise engineering drawings in Creo
- Complete detailed layouts and design documentation using Computer Aided Design tools
- Release engineering change notices
- Learn and apply GD&T standard (ASME Y14.5M)
- Provide technical support on major programs andinterface withLead Mechanical Engineers and Chief Engineers to support designobjectives
- Contribute toproject teams through design development and will be expected to ensure that the established procedures are followed in the creation of technical data packages,while meeting program design objectives
- Work from requirements tohelpdevelop unit design concepts and perform design trades.Contribute todeveloping technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems
- Provide support to suppliers who are fabricating components and assemblies

Creo, cPDM (Common PDM), Winchill, and other training opportunities within the RTX learning center.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related (STEM) major obtained by start date.
- Experience with ANSI drawing standards.
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances).
- Experience with electronic packaging.
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experiencewith CREO or similar 3D solid modeling software.
- Experience inmanufacturing processes or experience in manufacturing and assembly support
- Experience inmanufacturing processes for CCAs, metal housing fabrication, or experience in manufacturing and assembly support.

The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
