What You Will Be Doing

Join our team as a Mechanical Engineer and drive innovation in golf ball manufacturing. You’ll lead impactful engineering projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and enabling the production of next-generation products. Collaborating with internal teams and external experts, you’ll apply cutting-edge technologies to improve equipment performance and product quality. Your role includes providing technical support to operations and maintenance, contributing to cross-functional R&D initiatives, and supporting the design and implementation of new manufacturing systems—all while ensuring safety and compliance. What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience, including equipment troubleshooting

  • Ability to work in manufacturing environments; may involve crouching, kneeling, climbing, and off-shift/weekend work

  • Domestic and international travel may be required

  • Proficient in SolidWorks; experience with AutoCAD and familiarity with PDM Works a plus

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with interest in industrial automation and robotics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey complex technical information clearly

Pay Range: $90,018.00-$112,391.00
