Your Key Responsibilities- Ensure the provision of specific state-of-the-art tech. expertise of basic and advanced technologies regarding sealing technology and the corresponding process and analysis knowledge to internal/external customers with respective tech. competencies from research to series production.
- Ensure individual consulting for internal/external customers regarding sealing design and materials.
- Ensure definition of the global company standards for sealing materials, design and simulation, as well as lab analysis methods (physical and chemical).
- Ensure development of new sealing materials and concepts hand in hand with our suppliers, research institutes and other partners.
- Ensure the support worldwide by setting standards and trainings. Ensures sealing related failure analysis.
- Ensure supplier development for sealings worldwide.
Your Qualifications- Graduate Degree in an Engineering discipline is required, with a Master's degree strongly preferred to support advanced technical and leadership responsibilities.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in measurement technology or a related field within R&D environments preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and applying technical standards, quality management methods, and advanced measurement techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences including technical teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with product safety standards and quality assurance processes relevant to powertrain and chassis technologies is advantageous.
