Full Job Description
Measurement Partnerships Manager Locations: Hybrid in Los Angeles, Redwood City, Vancouver, or Kirkland Role Summary EA Advertising partners with measurement and insights providers to prove our audience's value to advertisers. As Measurement Partnerships Manager, you'll manage these partnerships and be the main contact for clients. You will recommend the measurement solutions and help them understand and use their results. You'll report to the Director of Advertising Intelligence and need to be comfortable discussing technical details with vendors and data with clients. Responsibilities • Be the main contact for advertisers on measurement - recommend the right solutions and help them interpret results. • Build custom performance analyses with advertisers and vendors, and package results for our Sales team. • Help us onboard and manage measurement partners, from evaluation through integration. • Track partner performance against our roadmap, and manage renewals. • Consult with AdTech team as they work through technical integrations, including data pipelines and clean rooms to provide client and end-user requirements. • Research new measurement tools and trends, and recommend what we should adopt. • Collect partner and client feedback and share it with our Product and Engineering teams. • Resolve daily partner and client issues, escalating to the Director when needed. Qualifications • 5+ years in ad measurement, verification, or marketing analytics. • Working knowledge of measurement/verification vendors (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS, or HUMAN). • Familiarity with data clean rooms (e.g., InfoSum, LiveRamp). • Experience managing external partners or vendors. • Client-facing experience explaining data to non-technical audiences. • Comfortable working hands-on with data and analysis tools (Excel required; SQL or BI tools). • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Experience in entertainment or CTV advertising. • Familiarity with incrementality testing, MMM, or attribution methods. • Experience presenting analysis directly to clients and non-technical internal partners. Pay Transparency - North America COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES * British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$114,300 - $156,200 CAD * California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$143,800 - $217,200 USD * Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) *$133,100 - $178,400 USD Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and other incentive programs. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
