Full Job Description
We are seeking an MDS Coordinator to join our team and support our mission of delivering exceptional care. This role is essential in coordinating and completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for all residents in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure assessments are accurate, timely, and reflective of each resident's unique needs.

Salary Range: $100,484.80 ($48.31) and willing to train

As our MDS Coordinator, you won't just be managing assessments - you'll be helping ensure that each resident's story, needs, and strengths are honored through accurate, thoughtful, and person-centered documentation.
