We are currently looking for an experienced MDS/Resident Assessment Coordintor (RN or tenured LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team!- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Wages: $38.00 - $52.00 / hr DOE and license type
About You:- Current NM RN or LPN License in good standing
- Prior MDS experience required
- MDS RAC-CT Certification preferred
- Understanding of the MDS 3.0 and RAI rules and regulations
- One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
