Job Description SummaryThis role supports the GE Vernova Master Data Management (MDM) Leader (Executive Band) and drives day-to-day execution of various aspects of the enterprise MDM program. The MDM Program Manager partners closely with Data Domain Owners, Digital Technology, and Segment Data contacts to operationalize the MDM strategy, deliver prioritized outcomes, and ensure consistent adoption of master data standards across GE Vernova.
Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Legal, DT) to gather requirements and drive alignment across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity master data domains.
Leadership of the MDM Program Management office, including intake, prioritization, orchestration, reporting and change management.
Design, implement and continuously improve MDM governance, operating models, and business processes with support from MDM Leader.
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in data, operations, digital technology, finance, or related enabling functions.
Desired Characteristics
Experience with ERP, enterprise systems, or master data tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Informatica, or Reltio.
Additional InformationFor candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $137,700.00 and $229,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
