Role Description & Responsibilities:

Dassault Systèmes is seeking Model based system engineering Solution Architect About the Role We are looking for an MBSE Solution Architect to join our Strategy & Consulting practice and help deliver high-impact engagements across High Tech, Aerospace and Defense, and other industries. This is a role for someone who wants to do meaningful technical work with customers while helping build a growing services and consulting business from the ground up.

What You'll Do Deliver high-impact MBSE engagements for customers across High Tech, Aerospace and Defense, and adjacent industries, owning technical delivery and building strong working relationships along the way. Partner with development teams to design and build new AI-powered MBSE offerings that push the practice forward. Help grow a robust MBSE services and consulting business, shaping new offerings and contributing to a strong portfolio of work. Lead and execute on customer projects spanning Systems Modeling, Model-Based Roadmapping, and Enterprise Modeling (UAF). Translate complex customer needs into clear modeling solutions and deliver them with quality and rigor. Mentor and collaborate with team members to raise the technical bar across the practice.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Systems Engineering, Engineering, or related technical degree preferred
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role, or 1-2+ years with a Systems Engineering master's degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, requirements engineering, systems architecture design, and systems simulation
  • Experience with modeling languages and frameworks such as SysML, Modelica, UAF, and MagicGrid
  • Hands-on experience with CATIA Magic/Cameo/MagicDraw, Dymola, and 3DEXPERIENCE preferred
  • Knowledge of collaborative platforms, PLM, ENOVIA, Systems/Software, or Application Lifecycle Management solutions
  • Experience developing processes, methodologies, and best practices for MBSE solutions
  • Strong consulting background with experience working through a project delivery lifecycle
  • Ability to understand customer expectations, objectives, and business transformation needs
  • Customer-oriented communication style with strong written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to provide technical leadership in customer engagements
  • Interest in supporting Virtual Twin Experiences, Model Based Systems Engineering, and advanced digital engineering projects across industries such as Aerospace & Defense, AI Factories, Data Centers, Autonomous Vehicles, Rail Infrastructure, and related environments


Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $85000 and $110000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
