Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo implementation and configuration (Maximo 7.x, MAS 8,9)
• Proven experience in Linear asset management
• Knowledge of Maximo integrations and data migration between various enterprise systems
• Familiarity with Maximo architecture and databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2)
• Understanding automation scripts and Java customization
• Experience with IoT integrations, MQ, REST APIs
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead EAM initiatives and provide techno-functional support
• Manage project plans across multiple workstreams and teams
• Ensure quality deliverables meet project standards
• Drive strategies to mitigate risks and manage costs
• Monitor and maintain Enterprise Project Management schedules
• Define and prioritize deliverables with stakeholder involvement
• Coordinate activities with business users, tech teams, and vendors.
