This role balances field supervision with system enhancement, ensuring accurate asset tracking, optimized work order workflows, and enhanced team training. Key Responsibilities • Maximo Data Development & Optimization: Audit current CMMS data to clean up legacy records, streamline work order workflows, standardize asset/location hierarchies, and refine inventory/spares cataloging. • Team Leadership & Field Supervision: Direct daily activities of maintenance technicians, assign Maximo-generated work orders, monitor job execution, and ensure high quality and safety standards. • Training & User Adoption: Develop and deliver targeted Maximo training modules for technicians, planners, and operators to ensure accurate time tracking, detailed job closing notes, and proper failure coding. • Process Improvement & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track system usage, maintenance backlog, and asset reliability, leveraging data insights to drive preventive maintenance strategies. • Data Governance: Define and enforce standardized data entry protocols across the maintenance department to maintain long-term CMMS data health. Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications: • Experience:3+ years supervising maintenance teams; 5+ years of hands-on experience using IBM Maximo. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Maximo module navigation (Assets, Work Orders, PMs, Inventory), workflow development, and reporting. • Soft Skills Proven: Leadership capability, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in technical training and onboarding. • Education High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Asset Management preferred. Preferred Qualification: • Prior industrial gas experience.
