Role Summary:Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and maintenance of IBM Maximo Asset Management system. Ensure smooth functioning, configuration, and optimization of Maximo modules to support asset management, work management, and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities: - System Administration & Maintenance
- Monitor Maximo application health and performance.
- Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure compliance with IT standards.
- Functional Support
- Configure Maximo modules (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, Procurement).
- Manage workflows, escalations, security groups, and automation scripts.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Operations Management
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all modules.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
- User Support & Training
- Provide functional support to end-users.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain configuration documentation and SOPs.
- Develop and manage reports using BIRT or other tools.
Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM (7.6.x or MAS 8.x).
- Expertise in Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
- Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP services.
- Basic SQL and reporting skills (BIRT).
- Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle.
