Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Buyers and Buyer Analysts.
• Maintain current knowledge of supplier product demands and production scheduling techniques.
• Define and implement replenishment strategies to align with manufacturing schedules.
• Recommend and deploy continuous improvement strategies in procurement processes.
• Drive operational metrics to align stocking parameters with business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasting demand to minimize costs and prevent shortages.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
