AtkinsRéalis est à la recherche d’un(e) spécialiste en gestion du matériel pour se joindre à son équipe de chaîne d’approvisionnement et d’approvisionnement au Canada. Ce poste vise à soutenir les activités générales de gestion du matériel dans le secteur de l’énergie, au sein de projets de type ingénierie, approvisionnement et construction (EPC) ainsi qu’ingénierie, approvisionnement et gestion de la construction (EPCM) à travers l’Amérique du Nord. Il s’agit d’un poste de bureau en mode hybride basé à Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), à Calgary (Alberta) ou Montréal.

Votre rôle

Relevant du spécialiste de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, chef d’équipe au sein de l’équipe de chaîne d’approvisionnement et d’approvisionnement, vos responsabilités comprendront :

  • Gérer et effectuer le suivi des matériaux standards conformément aux politiques, procédures et lignes directrices établies afin d’assurer une livraison en temps opportun selon les échéanciers des projets.

  • Collaborer et interagir avec les principales parties prenantes internes et externes, notamment les équipes de gestion de projet, de contrôle de projet, d’ingénierie, de réception et expédition, de gestion de la construction ainsi que les fournisseurs.

  • Coordonner les activités avec les équipes de réception et d’entreposage afin de s’assurer que tous les matériaux sont livrés avec la documentation appropriée et gérer les retours ou écarts au besoin.

  • Agir à titre d’expert(e) en la matière en supervisant l’ensemble du cycle de vie de la chaîne d’approvisionnement de bout en bout et en fournissant conseils et soutien aux équipes de projet relativement aux pratiques de gestion du matériel.

  • Animer les réunions de gestion du matériel et produire des rapports de suivi destinés aux principales parties prenantes, en fournissant des mises à jour sur l’état des matériaux et les risques associés à la chaîne d’approvisionnement.


À propos de vous

  • Détenir de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en approvisionnement, en suivi des commandes (expediting) ou en gestion du matériel, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.

  • Posséder une connaissance des systèmes ERP (p. ex. SAP, Oracle) ainsi qu’une excellente maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word et PowerPoint). Une maîtrise avancée d’Excel constitue un atout.

  • Être une personne axée sur le travail d’équipe, dotée d’excellentes habiletés relationnelles et de communication avec la clientèle.

  • Faire preuve d’un haut niveau d’organisation, de solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi que de la capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais*

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Material Management Specialist to join its supply chain/procurement team in Canada to support general material management functions across the Power sector, working within Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and EPCM portfolios throughout North America. The role is office based (hybrid) in Vancouver, British Columbia ,Calgary, Alberta or Montréal.

Your role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Specialist – Team Lead within the supply chain/procurement team, duties include:

  • Manage and expedite standard materials in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules.

  • Collaborate and interface with key stakeholders across internal and external teams, including Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, Construction Management, and suppliers.

  • Coordinate with Receiving and Warehouse teams to ensure all materials are delivered with proper documentation and manage returns or discrepancies as required.

  • Act a subject matter expert, overseeing the full end-to-end supply chain lifecycle and providing guidance and support to project teams on material management practices.

  • Lead material management meetings and deliver expediting reports to key stakeholders, providing timely updates on material status and associated supply chain risks.


About you

  • 3–5 years of related experience in purchasing, expediting, or material management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills are an asset.

  • Dedicated team player with well-developed interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.

  • Demonstrates a high level of organization with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, proficiency in French is considered an asset.

Additional information

Expected compensation for this role is between $80,700 - $100,000 CAD annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
