Job Title: Master Scheduler / Inventory Planner (Finished Goods)Location: Orangeburg, NY

Compensation: $85k-$105k Depending upon experience Work Model: Onsite - onsite
Hours: Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm (5 days onsite)
Responsibilities - Analyzes inventory levels, planned production and sales forecasts.
- Plans and controls inventory of finished goods for warehouses/distribution centers and manufacturing plants to meet sales and distribution demands.
- Coordinates purchase orders and sales orders for drop shipments, replenishment, and lot management.
- Reviews stocking orders with strategic partners for product availability and scheduled ship dates.
- Allocates shelf-life products for shipment to ensure that they satisfy the contract minimum dating requirement.
- Plans and coordinates inventory replenishment with strategic partners under general supervision.
- Provides manufacturing plant forecast requirements, purchase orders, and inter-plant orders.
- Analyzes inventory levels and positioning to ensure compliance.
- Responsible for meeting annual goals for inventory levels of finished good product.
- Prepares and distributes weekly/monthly status reports related to backorders, reagent planning, and similar subjects.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or preparatory role.
- Working knowledge of inventory management practices, procedures, material planning, and distribution systems.
- Proficiency with computers, including spreadsheets, word processing programs, and databases.
- Previous experience with computerized inventory and distribution management systems (preferably SAP).
