Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree with 6 years; or a High School diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Project 365 including server administration and MS Planner management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experienced in overseeing large program schedules and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Familiarity with Onepager Pro for schedule visualization and SSI Tools for schedule integration.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for advanced data manipulation.
• Knowledgeable in MS SharePoint for project collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Utilize MS Project 365 to manage project schedules, including user access control.
• Create, maintain, update, and troubleshoot schedules within the MS Project server.
• Manage complex scheduling processes for major programs effectively.
• Maintain and execute processes to support program planning and requirements execution.
• Build visualization products from complex schedules using tools like Onepager.
• Oversee the routine integration and updates of schedules as a business process.
• Implement and uphold scheduling standards across multiple programs and project offices.
• Report on schedule management metrics derived from the integration process.
