Qualifications

• Mopar Certified Master Technician or equivalent certifications.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair specific to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat.
• Proficiency with vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and software programs.
• Expertise in handling complex repairs efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team communications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Maintain high service standards for Mopar certification compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and thorough vehicle inspections.
• Stay updated with manufacturer service protocols and technical information.
• Communicate repair estimates and updates to customers and service advisors.
