What You'll Do- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, manufacturing equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Support and maintain power distribution equipment, including transformers, switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), electrical panels, and associated systems.
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, SCADA systems, instrumentation, and automated control systems.
- Diagnose electrical and automation issues using schematics, technical documentation, and advanced diagnostic equipment to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, upgrades, commissioning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate electrical drawings, technical documentation, maintenance records, and control system backups.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance team members and collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to achieve business objectives.
- Perform all work in compliance with OSHA requirements, NFPA 70E standards, electrical codes, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company safety policies.
What We Need- Completed electrical trade program, apprenticeship, technical college, or equivalent with degree, diploma, or certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years manufacturing electrical maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification and NFPA 70E arc-flash safety training.
- Proficiency in PLC, VFD, SCADA, HMI, motor controls, motor sizing, wire sizing, circuit design, and conduit installation.
- Ability to plan, layout, inspect, and troubleshoot industrial power distribution, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and motor logic.
