Line of Business: Service & Support

Pay Range: $75,410.00 – $100,549.99

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure quality of master data in key systems and develop/document processes.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues through error detection, correction, and process improvement.

  • Conduct data cleansing to remove old, unused, or duplicate data.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Digital (IT) to manage integrated data assets.

  • Assist in defining and implementing data standards

  • Utilize your working knowledge of SAP to manage and analyze customer data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling processes.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with 3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or data stewardship.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and SAP Information Steward.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Critical thinker who enjoys working with data.
