Master Automotive Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to join our high-performing, fast-paced shop. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in advanced diagnostics, efficient repairs, and delivering high-quality work in a consistently busy environment.

Compensation$75,000 - $125,000 annually (based on experience, certifications, and production)
Schedule- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced diagnostic testing on a wide range of vehicles
- Accurately interpret diagnostic results and determine repair strategies
- Complete mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced shop environment
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
- Communicate clearly with service team as needed
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician / auto mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Experience with vehicle repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work efficiently in a production-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Preferred / Strongly Valued- ASE Certification (or equivalent diagnostic certification)
- Experience as a master technician or senior-level auto technician
- Background in dealership or independent high-volume repair shops
