Morgan & Morgan is growing its Mass Arbitration practice. We're hiring an attorney to work directly with our lead attorney - helping identify cases worth bringing and seeing them through the arbitration process.
Mass arbitration sits at the intersection of plaintiff-side litigation, high-volume case operations, and strategic advocacy against some of the country's largest corporate defendants. When a corporate defendant buries a mandatory arbitration clause in its consumer contracts, it expects to resolve disputes quietly, one at a time, on its own terms. Mass arbitration flips that. You're coordinating across thousands of individual claimants, and it rewards attorneys who are organized, intellectually curious, and genuinely motivated to win.
What You'll Do- Help find potential targets - consumer contracts and arbitration clauses, data breaches, junk fees, enforcement activity, and more
- Read the agreement the way the other side wrote it: delegation, mass-action waivers, batching protocols, fee-shifting, administrator designation
- Develop new theories to apply across the book we already have
- Write go/no-go analyses with the weaknesses stated as plainly as the strengths
- Litigate cases through the arbitration process, including procedural and substantive issues
- Work directly with one of the nation's preeminent Mass Arb attorneys to help guide the strategy and future of the practice
What We're Looking For- 3-6 years of experience
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing
- Familiarity with how Mass Arbitrations tick - including what drives viability
- Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution, including AAA/JAMS consumer rules and how defendants push back
- Background in mass arbitrations, consumer protection, data privacy, class actions, or any plaintiff-side high-volume practice is a strong fit
- A lawyer who reads a contract and starts looking for the seam - if the part of litigation you've always liked is working out whether the case is there at all, you'd enjoy this job
- Exceptional research and writing skills

Salary Range
$120,000-$250,000 USD
Hourly Range
$21-$121 USD
