Performance Optimization: Audit existing tools to eliminate redundancies, reduce "tech debt," and ensure data flows seamlessly between marketing and commerce platforms.
Experience & Qualifications
Retail Expertise: 5+ years of experience in MarTech, specifically within a retail or e-commerce environment where physical and digital stores intersect.
Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical reference architectures .
Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data Science, and Creative) to launch large-scale marketing initiatives.
Communication: A "translator" who can explain API limitations to a Marketing Director and business goals to a Software Engineer.
