Program Manager, Enterprise Content Strategy

Role Summary:

As a Business Analyst focused on marketing data and technology projects, you will play a key role in shaping solutions that improve digital experiences, enable smarter decision-making, and support enterprise growth. You will work across product owners, engineering and architecture teams to turn ideas into action, defining requirements, improving processes, and helping deliver scalable capabilities that create impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, connecting strategy to execution, and working at the intersection of data, technology, and digital marketing - and is detailed oriented and interested in growing in the marketing data space.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with product owners, engineering and architecture teams to turn business requirements into actionable work items.
  • Support marketing data and technology initiatives that improve digital capabilities, strengthen data use, and create measurable business value.
  • Define and improve business processes, governance models, and workflows that help teams move faster and work more effectively.
  • Create business requirements, features, user stories, process documentation, and supporting materials that enable solution design and delivery.
  • Assist in stakeholder communication to clarify priorities, define scope, identify dependencies, and support confident decision-making.
  • Work across cross-functional teams to support implementation, issue resolution, change management, communication, and adoption.
  • Use data, reporting, and business insights to identify opportunities, support analysis, and shape recommendations.
  • Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to help keep initiatives on course and moving forward.
  • Build strong partnerships across teams and help connect work across the organization to support scalable marketing technology and data solutions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of marketing technology capabilities, customer data processes, and digital business workflows.

Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.

  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and delivery-ready documentation.

  • Experience partnering with product owners, engineering, architecture, analytics, and business stakeholders in cross-functional delivery environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business goals to practical technical solutions.
  • Experience with tools or platforms such as Google Analytics, customer data solutions, cloud platforms, analytics tools, or other marketing technology platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in business analysis, marketing technology, digital operations, or a related area.
  • Track record of helping deliver cross-functional initiatives successfully and driving meaningful business outcomes.

Summary Pay Range:

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
