  • Create graphics, illustrations, presentations, infographics, and other visual assets that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Support the development and production of video content, including employee stories, event highlights, recruiting content, and brand storytelling.
  • Assist with video editing, motion graphics, captioning, and optimization for various digital platforms.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate thought leadership and business content into engaging visual formats.

  • Create and adapt assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Contribute creative ideas and recommendations that enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications.

  • Partner with the digital team to integrate video and multimedia content across the website and internal platforms.
  • Support content updates by preparing visual assets optimized for digital channels.
  • Build and publish new website pages using the firm's content management system.

Project Management & Execution
  • Collaborate closely with the full Marketing team to ensure the brand is consistently demonstrated across all marketing efforts.
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot issues that may impede project timelines, proactively implementing solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality execution.
