Job DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist supports all North America (NAM) marketing activities for the Pharma sector.
This role is highly execution-focused, ensuring seamless coordination across tradeshows, webinars, and campaign activities. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
A typical week may include coordinating upcoming tradeshow logistics, confirming vendor orders, aligning with sales teams, supporting webinar setup, and tracking post-event performance.
- Manage development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Develop digital content for websites, email, and social media
- Support internal communications and content updates
- Coordinate tradeshows and conferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Support webinar development and execution
- Manage industry partnerships and publications
- Input and manage leads in CRM
- Rack KPIs and report ROI
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Digital Marketing campaigns
- Familiar with marketing tools such as Canva and Eloqua
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
- Project Management experience
- Understanding of the Food industry
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
- Graphic design experience
- Experience using Sitecore
Additional InformationSalary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
