MARKETING SPECIALIST - Demand Generation - InPlace Software
Reports to: GM, North America; works closely with Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and the Content Writer.
Salary: $90,000 + Comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, 401k, PTO).
Work Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in our Denver, CO office).

The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to own the strategy and execution of demand generation programs. You will capture and nurture leads across email, webinars, and events, driving pipeline growth for our US and Canadian higher-ed and healthcare markets.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and scale campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact, while also driving our content strategy and distribution across web and email channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels to generate pipeline.
- Own campaign performance reporting: clicks, site visits, downloads, signups, leads, lifecycle stage, and pipeline/revenue impact, rolled up for senior management.
- Build nurture programs that improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion.
- Partner with Sales to build collateral that explains InPlace's value proposition and differentiators.
- Manage lead tracking and handoff from Marketing to Sales.
- Own website content strategy and SEO, partnering with our Content Writer to produce impactful case studies, newsletters and web copy.
- Develop client case studies, coordinating with Client Success for interviews, data, and sign-off.
- Coordinate webinars and conferences, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
- 2+ years hands-on with HubSpot Marketing Hub (forms, workflows, landing pages, segmentation, CRM sync) - required.
- Proven track record building and executing email marketing campaigns and nurture flows.
- Strong writing/editing skills - able to collaborate on and improve content.
- Experience supporting a sales team directly - campaign planning, sales enablement content, lead handoff.
- Strong analytical skills: campaign performance and spend reporting, roll-up reporting for leadership.
- Experience managing webinars and event/conference logistics end to end.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Higher Education or in SaaS.
- Experience with student/workforce systems or ed-tech.
