Full Job Description
In the role of Marketing Services Manager, we'll count on you to: • Partner with the Area Marketing Manager to streamline marketing processes, oversee monthly performance reporting, and ensure balanced workload distribution across the team • Manage and guide marketing and proposal coordinators in the development and delivery of high-quality proposals and presentations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards • Collaborate with the Area Marketing Manager to plan and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth within the Business Class segment and strengthen cross-sector programs • Lead select complex local pursuits from strategy through submission, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving successful, competitive outcomes • Develop and deliver marketing-related trainings for both marketing staff and project managers / technical staff to elevate team capabilities and consistency • Oversee internal and external communications, including project wins, new hires, and firm or project spotlights, ensuring timely and impactful messaging • Support departments across the organization by providing standardized marketing materials, presentations, resumes, and project data, including histories and visuals • Partner with Proposal Managers to manage proposal schedules and ensure all components (technical content, staff qualifications, resumes, compliance forms, and contractual elements) are accurately developed and delivered on time • Provide marketing leadership and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives and evolving organizational priorities Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others • Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person • Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff Qualifications Required Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience • Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight • Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services • Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign • Demonstrated experience in winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry • Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff
