Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
• 6+ months Sales and/or Marketing Timeshare experience
• Strong understanding of the Hawaii and Honolulu area

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a collaborative team environment
• Monitor individual Team Member goals and performance
• Provide training on specific locations for effective pitching
• Act as a mentor and coach for new Team Members
• Facilitate training in marketing, sales processes, and hotel tours
• Schedule mentorship for new hires to enhance learning
• Perform marketing representative duties four days a week
