This role carries a high level of technical and cross-functional complexity, with oversight of end-to-end HyperP delivery and integration into BAU processes and workflows.

  • Embed connected client journeys into BAU workflows to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.

  • Reinforce accountability through clear SLAs, deliverables, timelines, and operating cadences.
  • Coordinate across Marketing, Technology, Analytics, PI, and other cross-functional partners as complexity increases.
  • Communicate across tactical and strategic forums, including BRP and planning sessions.
  • Proactively manage risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.

  • Partner with Personal Wealth Marketing, Business Owners, Marketing, and Engagement Strategy to prioritize the client journey roadmap and coordinate with Data Analytics, CXD, PI Tech, PWM teams, and channel partners.
  • Key areas of focus include:
  • Operations: Coordinate intake, tranche planning, requirements, go/no-go decisioning, artifact maintenance, dependency management, stakeholder connections, and adoption of HyperP capabilities, tools, and standardized processes.
  • Planning: Facilitate quarterly BRP planning, mid-quarter performance check-ins, prioritization and decision-making, monthly insights and capacity forecasting, and weekly progression meetings.
  • Communications: Build awareness of HyperP tools, requirements, processes, and best practices; elevate program communications, manage the monthly newsletter, and support Executive SteerCo and stakeholder alignment forums.
  • Process: Evolve the HyperP operating model by reimagining processes, standardizing meeting cadence and structure, and improving measurement.
  • Serve as a strategic connector across teams to align priorities, clarify decision rights, and accelerate execution.
  • Influence without direct authority by building trust, credibility, shared ownership, and strong facilitation practices.
  • Translate data, stakeholder feedback, and pilot learnings into actionable recommendations aligned to company strategy and market conditions.
  • Build leader relationships across PWM, foster stakeholder communication, and influence key cross-functional decisions.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues; communicate solutions and secure stakeholder input and buy-in.
  • Participate in special assignments and perform other duties as assigned.
