  • Create and oversee production-ready creative assets that meet the highest standards for quality, accessibility, and brand consistency.
  • Help evolve and expand the Jefferson Health Plans visual identity while maintaining alignment with Jefferson's broader enterprise brand architecture.

What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate is someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You understand that great creative isn't just beautiful. It solves problems, drives business outcomes, and creates meaningful experiences for audiences.

You thrive in collaborative environments, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities without losing sight of the creative vision.

You are equally energized by a broadcast campaign launch, a Medicare enrollment direct mail package, a social media concept, or a CRM nurture journey because you understand how every touchpoint contributes to a broader brand story.
