ABOUT THE ROLEThe Marketing Operations Manager is a systems-focused builder and operator dedicated to designing, maintaining, and scaling the infrastructure layer that powers Procurify's revenue and marketing engine. Rather than just enabling the team, you will build programmatic go-to-market systems and AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, impact, and execution across marketing.
This role focuses on ensuring that marketing infrastructure is scalable and deeply integrated, moving prospects smoothly from initial capture to closed-won. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to translate complex business challenges into automated technical workflows.
Reporting to the
Director, Revenue Operations, you will own our marketing systems architecture, applying cutting-edge automation and agentic AI tools to scale marketing performance.
Experience- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Marketo Expertise: Must be a Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) OR possess 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Marketo.
- Hands-on experience building programmatic systems that support campaign execution, demand generation, and marketing performance tracking.
- Deep experience working with modern marketing and CRM tools, specifically Salesforce CRM.
- Advanced MarTech (Preferred):
- Experience with marketing attribution tools, specifically Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible).
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is highly desirable.
- Experience working with marketing data, reporting, campaign analysis, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Amplitude).
- Experience implementing and operating automated or AI-enabled tools within marketing workflows, with a strong instinct for identifying where manual work should become agentic.
- A proven track record working within operational systems that are tied directly to core marketing outcomes, including lead generation, SAL creation, and pipeline acceleration.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystems Creation & Campaign Operations- Build programmatic, AI-orchestrated go-to-market systems and integrated workflows that fundamentally up-level our marketing infrastructure, driving exponential execution speed and impact at scale.
- Move beyond native, out-of-the-box platform AI features by architecting bespoke AI workflows and agentic frameworks that automate complex, multi-step operational processes.
- Maintain and scale robust campaign tracking and data infrastructure, ensuring our data architecture is optimized to power and fuel advanced AI models, automation, and analytics.
- Partner cross-functionally to inject AI-first workflows into outbound and inbound infrastructure, continuously identifying opportunities to transition manual marketing plays into scalable, autonomous systems.
Lead Lifecycle & Funnel Architecture- Deepen ownership of the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle, designing and maintaining the systems and processes that move leads from initial capture to closed-won.
- Optimize lead scoring, routing, and nurture programs to ensure a clean handoff between Marketing and Sales, keeping data consistent across Salesforce and Marketo.
- Monitor funnel health and identify opportunities to leverage AI automation to improve conversion rates and lead quality across lifecycle stages.
Marketing Performance & Pipeline Outcomes- Own the data architecture for marketing attribution and performance analysis across all channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing success metrics, aligning operational targets directly with lead gen, SAL creation, and overall pipeline contribution.
- Translate performance data into actionable, strategic insights for marketing leadership to drive better decision-making.
Technology, AI, & Infrastructure Management- Administer and optimize Marketo and support marketing's use of Salesforce, evolving the CRM into a modern, product-informed efficiency engine.
- Own the administration and optimization of Intercom (Fin) for customer-facing communications, ensuring it is properly configured to leverage product usage data for precise audience targeting.
- Infuse AI-thinking across the MarTech stack; proactively identify manual operational bottlenecks and deploy AI-powered tools or workflows to eliminate them.
- Contribute to the implementation and operation of automated agents to scale internal efficiency.
- Support the adoption and optimization of tools such as Gong where relevant to marketing insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Analytics- Partner closely with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to align workflows, infrastructure, and revenue reporting.
- Act as a core operational partner to Marketing, motivating the team toward shared goals of pipeline generation and organizational efficiency.
- Build and maintain executive-facing dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing KPIs.
- Establish and enforce rigorous best practices for data entry, governance, and tracking to maintain a reliable source of truth for marketing and pipeline data.
What You Bring- Strong experience with Marketo and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Solid understanding of funnel architecture, lead lifecycle management, and marketing attribution models.
- An AI-first system-builder mindset with the technical vision to up-level traditional tech stacks through custom AI workflows, autonomous agents, and scalable system design.
- Experience analyzing marketing performance data and building reports (e.g., BI tools such as Metabase or similar).
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms such as Intercom (Fin), including experience connecting product usage data to communications workflows.
- Experience supporting Product Marketing programs, including product launches, interactive demo tooling, and webinar operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Ability to translate complex marketing requirements into scalable, automated technical processes and systems.
- Ability to drive adoption of new AI tools and processes through training, documentation, and stakeholder buy-in.
- Maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role and maintain a consistent company presence.

- On Target Earnings Range: $94,000 - $130,00 (This range is dependent on experience, with a component of these earnings made up of variable pay and not inclusive of any benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
