Full Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end management of integrated marketing initiatives across channels (e.g., digital, in-store, email, and brand campaigns). Independently establish project priorities, timelines, and resource needs to ensure alignment with business objectives and seasonal marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact across Marketing, Creative, and Visual Merchandising teams, making informed decisions to align stakeholders, resolve competing priorities, and ensure efficient execution of deliverables.
  • Seasonal Planning and Execution: Translate seasonal calendar into detailed meetings, processes and procedures necessary for successful execution of key activities (e.g. creative briefs, asset production, delivery of samples). Own the schedule for cross-functional meetings for all key milestones. Be able to effectively lead meetings and take comprehensive notes and manage the cross functional teams. Provide recaps of key actions/needs from meetings and ensure proper follow through on any deliverables. Measure and report out on progress/milestone KPIs to management. Ensure all key milestones and deliverables are up to date with each updated seasonal calendar.
  • Provide strategic direction on incoming creative briefs, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards. Partner with leadership to prioritize workstreams, allocate resources, and adjust timelines based on business needs.
  • Proactively identify risks to timelines, deliverables, or campaign outcomes. Exercise independent judgment to resolve issues, adjust plans, and communicate impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying gaps, introducing new tools or processes, and driving adoption across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Exceptional project management skills and highly organized to execute marketing campaigns and projects efficiently with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgement and make decisions impacting project outcomes, timelines and team effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly self-motivated, intuitive, and proactive self-starter with the ability to independently identify priorities, take initiative, and drive work forward with minimal direction

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficient in Canva, Figma, Airtable, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to apply these tools effectively in a professional and creative environments.
