Are you a strategic marketing professional passionate about building brands, driving engagement, and creating meaningful experiences? Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team onsite at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, WI. In this role, you'll lead and support the marketing team while executing initiatives that bring our strategy to life, strengthen our brand, and support organizational goals. A Day in the Life of a Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you'll lead the marketing team by providing coaching, direction, and support to help employees grow and achieve shared goals. You'll oversee marketing initiatives, manage priorities, and ensure projects are executed effectively.

Your day may include partnering with internal teams to develop campaign strategies, collaborating with agency and vendor partners, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. You'll also help enhance processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and support the team's success.
