Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Director of Marketing

Salary Range: $100K - $115K

As Fohr's Marketing Manager, you'll be joining a lean, high-output marketing team at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll own workstreams across product marketing and brand campaigns.

This is a role for someone who moves fluidly between strategy and execution. Who's just as comfortable writing a launch email as they are building a campaign brief, supporting a founder's thought leadership, or pulling performance data to inform what comes next. You won't be handed a playbook, you'll help build one.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Product Marketing & GTM
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new product and feature launches, from messaging and positioning through email, social, and sales enablement
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate copy across channels
  • Partner with the product and client services teams to develop case studies, one-pagers, and other proof-of-concept materials
  • Maintain and evolve Fohr's capabilities messaging as the product and competitive landscape shifts

Brand & Campaigns
  • Contribute to campaign development from brief through execution, ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and strategic intent
  • Support the production of thought leadership content including webinars, reports, and data-driven industry research
  • Partner with the leadership on LinkedIn content, presentations, and external-facing communications, including ghostwriting and editorial support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand events and activations, including dinners, panels, and industry conferences

Content & Channel Management
  • Write and edit copy across email, social, landing pages, and sales materials in Fohr's brand voice
  • Manage and contribute to a content calendar that balances planned campaigns, product launches, and reactive moments
  • Draft and schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic
  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars, reports, case studies) into channel-appropriate formats
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting and optimization recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales on outbound campaigns, event follow-up, and pipeline-supporting materials
  • Coordinate with external vendors (paid media, web, design) to keep projects on track and on brand
  • Partner with the product team to ensure marketing and product are tightly aligned on positioning, timing, and messaging
  • Partner with our design team to ensure all assets align with the Fohr brand

ABOUT YOU
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally at a B2B tech company, agency, or fast-growing startup
  • A strong writer who can adapt tone and format across channels and audiences. You understand the difference between copy that earns attention and copy that fills space
  • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end. You don't wait to be told what to do next and you don't let things fall through the cracks
  • Equally at ease in a spreadsheet and a creative brief. You balance analytical thinking with strong instincts and know when to trust each
  • Proactive, curious, and energized by ambiguity; you see an undefined problem as an opportunity, not an obstacle
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Notion
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content production, research, and reporting - and thoughtful about where human judgment matters more
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or brand-building in the digital age
