Full-Time | In-Office/Hybrid Role

This is a strategic departmental leadership role - but it's also a hands-on one. You'll bring bold ideas to life while managing the day-to-day execution across campaigns, events, client experience projects, and vendor partnerships. You'll help turn the Owner's vision into polished realities that connect powerfully with our ideal clientele. And you'll guide our marketing team and collaborate with our sales team in acquiring and retaining clients with compassion, and our mission and core values will always be at the forefront.

Responsibilities

What You'll Own:
Brand, Marketing, and Sales Strategy: Refine, articulate, safeguard, and expand the Hargrave Family Law brand in line with its mission, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual content across all marketing channels, materials, and communications.
All Marketing initiatives: Management of all marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met, including but not limited to: SEO, website maintenance and expansion, digital/social, GMB page, nurture campaigns, email campaigns, content creation, authority content, print, media, client referral programs, and overall online presence.
Community Building: Develop meaningful partnerships with key influencers and trusted professionals who serve our ideal clients. Plan, execute, and coordinate participation in legal industry events, groups, conferences, community events, and other sponsorships to increase the firm's visibility, strengthen professional relationships, and increase community engagement.
Monitoring Metrics and Budget: Track performance, ROI, A/B testing, followed by optimization based on real data and client feedback. Ensure all marketing and sales endeavors conform to the marketing plan and budget.
Team Supervision and Development: Lead, motivate, inspire, and mentor a small, talented team of creatives and coordinators. Provide guidance and support, and provide opportunities for professional growth and development in order to foster a high-performing and collaborative team.
Utilization of Technology: Assist in fully utilizing developing, expanding, optimizing, and maintaining the firm's technology use, including CRM software, call tracking and attribution software, review capture software, AI usage, and all other technology utilized in the firm's marketing efforts.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with design, PR, ad, media, and any other vendors involved in supporting the Firm's marketing efforts to achieve outstanding deliverables and performance.
Client Experience: Support a smooth, compassionate, empathetic, and effective intake, onboarding, and client maintenance system. Collaborate to improve glidepaths that operate in accordance with the firm's mission, helping provide resources to help potential new clients gain clarity and advocating for the firm's ability to help them reach their goals. Provide input to polish resources utilized throughout the client journey, ensuring every touchpoint is in line with the Firm's voice, values, and message, and is consistent and relationship-driven. Promote client satisfaction through ongoing client relations nurturing.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in true marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on brand building,campaign execution, project management, and team leadership.
• Depth of expertise in all areas described above with proven results.
• Proficiency with marketing metrics, reporting, testing, and optimization strategies.
• Collaborative in nature, with excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketing for professional services (law, finance, consulting, healthcare). Note: B2B experience is not always directly translatable.

Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with high-touch client experiences and luxury service brands.
• Prior experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth community, including outlying suburbs.
