Role: Marketing Manager

Location: Washington, DC

Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

What You'll Do:
• Lead business development initiatives that help practice leaders win new client engagements
• Own the end-to-end pitch and proposal process, from strategy through submission
• Support client targeting efforts, relationship development, and account growth plans
• Manage awards, rankings, and directory submissions to strengthen market visibility
• Coordinate thought leadership, client alerts, webinars, and industry events
• Partner with communications and PR teams to elevate practice and partner profiles
• Mentor and manage team members while balancing multiple high-priority initiatives
