Full Job Description

This individual will support the planning, coordination and delivery of Robert Half Canada partnerships and events that build brand visibility, strengthen client and candidate engagement, and support national and regional marketing priorities. Working alongside the Head of Marketing 6 Canada, this role executes the partnership and event strategy into well-executed programs, including sponsorship activations, webinars, client appreciation events, executive forums and third-party conferences.

The successful candidate is a strong project manager and relationship builder who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure a high-quality experience from planning through post-event follow-up and reporting.

What Youll Do

Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Manage day-to-day coordination of Robert Half Canada partnership and sponsorship activities, ensuring benefits are delivered as agreed and aligned with marketing priorities.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in evaluating partnership opportunities, renewals and sponsorship packages by gathering information, assessing fit and documenting recommendations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external partners, associations and vendors to support smooth planning, communication and execution.
  • Coordinate partnership deliverables such as newsletter placements, digital advertising, thought leadership opportunities, speaking engagements and networking activations.
  • Track partnership commitments, timelines, assets and outcomes to help assess value and inform future planning.

Executive Events & Experiences

  • Plan and execute national and regional marketing events, including client appreciation events, webinars, executive programs, conferences and sponsorship activations.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, registration, production schedules, audiovisual requirements, signage, speaker requirements and onsite execution.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing, field teams and business leaders to shape event objectives, target audiences and programming direction.
  • Support speaker, moderator and panelist coordination, including briefing materials, prep calls, run-of show documents and presentation needs.
  • Identify potential delivery risks and escalation points and help develop practical contingency plans to support a strong attendee experience.

Integrated Marketing Support

  • Coordinate event and partnership marketing assets across email, registration pages, social media, event collateral, sales enablement materials and post-event communications.
  • Partner with Content, PR, Social, and Sales Enablement teams to ensure materials are timely, onbrand and aligned with approved messaging.
  • Support pre-event promotion, onsite engagement and post-event follow-up efforts to help extend the value of events and sponsorships.
  • Ensure partner and Robert Half brand requirements are reflected accurately across materials and approval processes.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Serve as a reliable day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors throughout planning and execution.
  • Build collaborative relationships across Marketing, Sales, PR, Content, Operations and field teams to keep projects moving and expectations clear.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, status updates and briefing materials to support effective communication and decision-making.
  • Manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail, escalating decisions or risks to the Head of Marketing as appropriate.

Budget, Vendor & Reporting Support

  • Track event and partnership budgets, invoices, contracts and accruals to support responsible financial management.
  • Coordinate with venues, suppliers, speakers and strategic partners to secure information, manage deliverables and support competitive pricing.
  • Compile post-event and partnership results, including attendance, engagement, stakeholder feedback and key learnings.
  • Identify practical improvements to processes, templates and reporting to improve efficiency and consistency over time.

What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, event marketing or experiential marketing.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing B2B or professional services events, webinars and/or sponsorship activations.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, contracts, timelines and event logistics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with strong attention to quality and detail.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners in a professional, service-oriented manner.
  • Experience measuring marketing performance, event outcomes or partnership value is an asset.
  • Professional services, financial services or B2B marketing experience is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French is considered an asset.
