Marketing Manager (Remote)

Full-time | Remote | Marketing
Position Overview

We're looking for a proactive Marketing Manager who takes ownership of identifying, planning, and executing marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't wait for direction, but instead translates business goals into clear plans, brings those plans forward for feedback, and drives execution end-to-end.

You'll be expected to independently identify opportunities, prioritize work, and continuously improve marketing performance based on results and market insights.

This is not a purely executional role, you will play a key role in shaping what we do, not just how we do it.

You'll play a key role in supporting and executing marketing efforts focused on our core customer segments, including: investment organizations, law firms and corporate legal/finance teams, ensuring our messaging, campaigns, and content resonate with their needs.

This role reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive alignment and measurable impact.
What Success Looks Like
  • You proactively identify marketing opportunities aligned with company goals and bring clear, actionable plans forward
  • You come to discussions with proposed solutions, not just questions
  • You operate independently, requiring minimal direction to move work forward
  • You stay informed on industry trends and proactively surface ideas, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • You take ownership of outcomes, not just execution, and continuously improve performance based on results
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive marketing initiatives aligned with company goals, working cross-functionally as needed
  • Develop and propose marketing plans and campaigns, including rationale, expected impact, and required resources
  • Translate company and departmental goals into actionable marketing plans and tactics
  • Execute marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, events, and digital channels
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and digital assets
  • Create, schedule, and optimize content across website, email, and social channels
  • Coordinate webinars, conferences, and industry events, including promotion and follow-up
  • Maintain and update website content via CMS
  • Own campaign performance, analyze results, and proactively iterate to improve outcomes
  • Leverage AI-based tools to streamline workflows, increase output, and improve marketing efficiency
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, and proactively bring forward insights and opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a SaaS, B2B, or product/service marketing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from idea through execution with minimal direction
  • Experience developing marketing plans or campaigns independently, not just executing assigned tasks
  • Strong ability to translate high-level goals into tactical execution plans
  • Strong bias toward action with a habit of bringing solutions, not just problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven experience using AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve marketing productivity and outcomes
  • Experience with content creation, social media, and event coordination
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
  • Enthusiastic about marketing, curious, and eager to learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $100K-$115K
  • 2026 Company-wide performance bonus
  • Equity package
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • 100% employer-paid premiums for employees
