Responsibilities & QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership Expectations- Manage pursuit team including team development, mentorship, training, and hiring.
- Manage schedule, budget, and quality to deliver winning pursuits with a strong ROI.
- Develop strong and collaborative relationships with business leaders, technical teams, client account managers, teaming partners, and colleagues.
- Lead Go/No-Go analysis and reviews.
- Support capture planning and pursuit positioning efforts.
- Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal clients.
- Oversee assigned pursuit team members, all pursuit-related documents, and high-quality deliverables (from capture planning through proposal execution and interview).
- Drive continuous improvement in pursuit process, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Leverage market insight and apply a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to guide marketing and business development strategies.
- Champion TYLin's voice and brand across all touchpoints.
Proposal Management- Lead the end-to-end development of high-quality, strategic proposals that reflect TYLin's strengths and align with client requirements.
- Accountable for quality control of all proposal development deliverables.
- Orchestrate all stages of the pursuit process, including kickoff meetings, content planning, and reviews.
- Oversee team workload, setting priorities and schedules aligned with region/market needs, business development objectives, and corporate initiatives.
- Lead post-award debriefings with clients regardless of outcome, and revises qualifications and proposal strategies as appropriate.
- Accountable for the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of marketing data in firm-wide systems, including Deltek Vision, to support reporting, analytics, and pursuit planning.
- Represents firm to clients, business associates and industry-related organizations, as needed.
- Communicates corporate communications strategies and systems initiatives with pursuits team for implementation.
- Share tools, insights, and best practices with colleagues to elevate pursuit performance.

Education and Experience - BS degree in marketing, communications, or technical related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in A/E/C industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, and attention to detail required.
- Proficiency using MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat).
- Knowledge of Deltek and OpenAsset preferred.
Additional InformationTYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $108,000.00 - $162,000.00 USD annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
