Full Job Description
Since 2012, we've transformed how people get around. Now, Lyft's Global Growth team is redefining the premium ride experience. To advance these goals, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Global Growth team and help grow our luxury transportation portfolio.

As the Marketing Manager, Luxury Experience you'll embed deeply with our product, design, engineering, and operations teams to shape our product roadmap and coordinate cross-functionally to drive cohesive launches that win business.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and a background in marketing, including a track record of developing impactful marketing strategies and a proven ability to build key cross-functional relationships. Experience working on luxury brands or partnerships, in the travel and hospitality space, or with a marketplace business is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Shape marketing strategy and lead high-impact go-to-market launches for new product experiences in our luxury portfolio
  • Be the voice of the customer to influence cross-functional thinking; continually inform the product roadmap & marketing plans to meet customer needs
  • Own outbound marketing campaign strategies that consider the full funnel to drive engagement and growth
  • Build a broad understanding of existing research and competitive landscape, scope new research to address gaps, and surface actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, User Research, Operations, Partnerships, to ensure our marketing approach delivers against business objectives
  • Write inspiring creative briefs and shepherd the creative development process for end-to-end marketing touchpoints
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, or similar area
  • Experience in bringing to market product experiences that delight customers
  • Track record of applying consumer insights to inform and optimize product roadmaps and marketing efforts
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to solve ambiguous and complex problems
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder launches
  • Very strong written communication skills; ability to effectively tailor communication to a variety of audiences
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Must have bias toward action and ability to identify and simplify problems
  • Ability to wear multiple "hats" when developing marketing strategies and partner effectively with SMEs across Brand, Growth Marketing, B2B Marketing, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, manage expectations, and work cross-functionally with both technical and creative teams
  • Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing; ability to independently drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $115,000 - CAD $143,750, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
