Full Job Description
The Marketing Manager, Health & Wellness will be responsible for developing and executing healthcare professional (HCP) and patient engagement programs that drive branded recommendations and product adoption across the Splenda Health & Wellness portfolio, and potentially other Heartland Food Products Group brands. Our focus is centered on delivering value and gaining adoption among people managing chronic disease states, including diabetes and obesity.

This role will lead integrated engagement initiatives designed to educate healthcare professionals and patients on the benefits of our products through scientific evidence, educational content, digital engagement, and relationship-building programs. Responsibilities include HCP promotions, patient education initiatives, CRM strategy and execution, conference and webinar programs, and digital platform implementation.

The Marketing Manager will execute key marketing initiatives, measure program effectiveness, and identify opportunities to optimize engagement and business results. This position requires a motivated health and wellness marketer focused on driving business growth and collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.

The Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Director of Health & Wellness Marketing and partners closely with external agencies, Brand Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Lead execution of the Splenda Health & Wellness marketing campaign, including HCP promotions and HCP and patient lead nurturing programs.
  • Direct agency implementation of CRM platforms, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and engagement journeys.
  • Guide development of patient education content and resources that drive brand adoption.
  • Plan and execute webinars, conferences, speaker programs, and educational initiatives leveraging scientific studies and branded content.
  • Build and manage relationships with select HCP Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to implement select initiatives.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, develop reporting dashboards, and recommend optimizations.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to maintain HCP digital platforms, consumer health and wellness web content, and website content.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, pharmaceutical, medical device, or CPG industries.
  • Experience developing and executing HCP engagement, patient education, professional marketing, or healthcare communications programs.
  • Experience with HCP segmentation, list acquisition, lead generation, and CRM programs.
  • Ability to translate scientific research and clinical evidence into compelling educational content.
  • Experience managing webinars, conferences, speaker programs, or related events.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across internal and external partners.
