Responsibilities Summary: (Fully Remote/Virtual Role) The Contractor Marketing Manager will own and execute the contractor marketing strategy in partnership with Marketing, Contractor Relations, Sourcing, Digital Media, and CRM. Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of contractor-facing marketing, ensuring brand consistency, message accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities: - Own contractor marketing strategy and serve as primary point of contact for all contractor communications.
- Ensure all content meets brand standards and receives required stakeholder approvals (Legal, Brand, Product, Sourcing, CRM).
- Partner with Senior Manager, Non-Warranty & Contractor Marketing to support broader initiatives.
- Manage contractor communications calendar and Pro newsletter.
- Lead end-to-end email development and deployment in Salesforce (Lightning & Classic), including newsletters, updates, seasonal campaigns, and company communications.
- Partner with CRM on email rebrand and MessageGears transition.
- Manage Wrike projects for contractor and Pro Marketing requests.
- Maintain contractor marketing platform (Discover) and landing pages (frontdoor.com/pro/join).
- Track and report performance across contractor marketing channels.
- Partner with Sourcing on contractor benefits marketing and partnerships.
- Support Pro Council operations (membership, communications, events, recognition).
- Represent Marketing at Field Operations Summit; support recruitment media and seasonal campaigns.
- May assume other duties as applied.
Qualifications Required Skills: - Salesforce email experience (Lightning & Classic)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in SharePoint, Wrike, Bynder

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or related)
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) : 5+ years of marketing experience
Travel: 20%
This role pays between $80,530 - $110,728/Yr , and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
